If your breathalyzer readings are greater than .10% and it is your first offense then you are looking at between 7 months and 1 year loss of license. If it is your second offense then you are looking at a two year license suspension and if it is your third offense you are looking at a 10 year license suspension. Therefore, the categorization of any prior offenses is crucial in determining your penalties for this driving while intoxicated charge.
